Procurement and Supply

We work flexibly with our clients to procure and deliver valuable solutions. Our procurement and supply strategy is to support our clients not only with our technical expertise, but with strategic procurement options to attain their organisational goals and deliver the best possible and sustainable outcome. A2EIS can procure and deliver complete equipment spreads / skidded packages as well as stand- alone equipment for various industries.

Process Engineering

Provision of Process Engineering Support during concept selection through to FEED and detailed engineering.
Independent review of process engineering project deliverables including process design calculations, P&IDs, PFDs, UFDs, equipment datasheets, process / operating philosophies, operating procedures, cause and effects diagrams, safety-related device registers, etc.
Independent process engineering support for the facilitation of HAZID, HAZOP and ENVID studies as well as Alarm Rationalisation studies, QRA studies and other technical safety-related activities.
Performance of discrete process engineering studies for oil and gas onshore / offshore production facilities including optioneering sand management and produced water treatment studies, flow assurance fitness to operate studies, etc.
Operations support for SURF (subsea umbilicals, risers and flowline) systems
As-building of subsea production system documentation including P&IDs, PFDs, C&Es, drill centre layout drawings

Project Engineering and Operations Management

We have the technical know-how and competent team to support and drive your project from onset through to execution, monitoring, control, commissioning, and closeout. Our project engineering and operations management team includes other support functions that manage the procurement of tools and spares and turkey projects.

Offshore Decommissioning Support Services

We can provide operational support for decommissioning scope including
– Carry out HP jetting service for removal of marine growth to enable clear identification and severing points.
– Dredging operations around buried and get access around pipeline prior to operations.

Industrial Inspection Services (QA/QC)

Create and review all quality related documents and procedures for fabrication scope.
